KVM Smart offers a compact starting point for lightweight services. Starter adds memory and traffic headroom; Basic provides 4 GB RAM and 45 GB NVMe storage for a larger application stack.
Size the VPS for the operating system, runtime and database together. Monitor actual memory, disk usage and CPU load as traffic grows. More RAM helps memory pressure; a bandwidth test does not measure application compute performance.
Windows Server and RDP
Choose KVM Basic Plus or a larger suitable plan for Windows Server and remote desktop workloads. Smart is not suitable, and Starter and Basic are not recommended.
Confirm the available Windows image and applicable licensing terms before ordering. Reserve resources for updates and your applications, and secure remote access with a firewall and strong authentication.
Monthly traffic and room to grow
The featured Warsaw plans include 1 TB, 2 TB and 4 TB of monthly traffic respectively. Monthly traffic allowance is a data volume; it is different from a transfer rate measured in Gbps.
The shared EDIS Global Traffic Pool can supply additional traffic manually or through Auto-Hydration. Unassigned pool traffic remains in the pool; traffic allocated to a VPS expires at its next monthly reset.
A permanent Polish VPN endpoint
A static Polish IPv4 address makes Warsaw an option for personal VPN access and commercial VPN operators, subject to the AUP. Choose resources for your encryption workload, concurrent clients and monthly data volume.
Test the route from the actual access networks your users rely on. Location and address geolocation do not guarantee that every website, country or streaming service will accept the connection.
